Returns and Exchanges

At Digital Tech Haven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • The item must not be damaged or altered.
  • For faulty or defective products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

2. Non-returnable Items 

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used kitchen appliances and electronic items, unless defective
  • Custom or personalized items

3. How to Return an Item To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@digitaltechaven.co.za with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will assist you with the return process.

4. Refund Process Once your return is processed and the item is received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over R3000.

  • Orders will be shipped from our supplier coming out of Hong Kong, so there might be slight delays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
